jlil1 is required by applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to conduct KYC verification on all accounts before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires the submission of: (a) a clear photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (accepted documents include SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, passport, or PhilSys National ID); and (b) a selfie photograph of the account holder holding the submitted ID. jlil1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, arising from your use of or inability to use jlil1's services, even if jlil1 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. jlil1 does not warrant that its services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party provider outages are expressly excluded from jlil1's liability.

Nothing in these Terms limits jlil1's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by jlil1's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.

jlil1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if jlil1 reasonably determines that: (a) the account holder is under 21 years of age; (b) the account holder has provided false information; (c) the account is involved in fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activities; (d) continued account access poses a risk to jlil1's compliance obligations or operational integrity; or (e) any other material breach of these Terms has occurred.

In cases of account suspension resulting from jlil1's investigation of suspected prohibited activity, funds may be held pending the outcome of the investigation. Where jlil1 concludes that prohibited activity has occurred, funds associated with that activity are subject to forfeiture. Where no prohibited activity is confirmed, jlil1 will reinstate access or return verified clean funds within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your jlil1 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any pending withdrawals of verified funds will be processed subject to standard KYC and AML review. Active bonus balances subject to uncompleted wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute, jlil1 operates an internal dispute resolution process. All game outcome results are final. Disputes regarding game results must be submitted within 7 days of the relevant game round. jlil1's review of disputed game rounds is conducted using server-side game log data, which constitutes the authoritative record of all game events.

jlil1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at jlil1.net/terms-conditions with the effective date updated accordingly. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via their registered email address or mobile number at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations or to address urgent security concerns.

Your continued use of jlil1's services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using jlil1's services and may request account closure prior to the effective date of the change.
